If the court has an old address, the letter with your hearing date can go to the wrong place. Your first hearing date is on your Notice to Appear or your Notice of Hearing. You must file Form I-589 within one year of your last arrival in the U.S. The law allows narrow exceptions when circumstances change, but you have to prove one applies, so talk to a lawyer first.Debe presentar el formulario I-589 dentro de un año de su última llegada a EE.
